眾所周知，鲗魚涌，太古坊，港島東中心是香港新興的商業區。未知貴公司是否有計劃在此設立分店？

該區有多座甲級寫字樓，不少跨國公司都將原來在中區的總部搬到這里，因此附近白領的消費力跟香港其他最受歡迎的商業區，基本上是完全沒有分別。

我們是幾家在鲗魚涌商鋪的直接業主，現有數個鋪位出租。我們的商鋪離太古坊及港島東中心分別為5分鐘距離。 租金從每平方尺HK$30-40元不等。 遠低于目前核心商業區的租金。 甚至比部分核心購物區的樓上鋪還要低。

實用面積從300-3000尺不等。 包括目前區內唯一面積達數千尺的空置鋪位。 特別適合一些大型連鎖集團或本身有獨特賣點，但是希望在區內找尋一些面積較大鋪位的飲食集團。
